ABOUT INSIGHT
INSIGHT is an 8 week course developed and written in 2008, through a personal experience of counselling which helped me breakthrough patterns of behaviour and understanding of emotional pain.During these sessions you will gain INSIGHT about your pain from your past.You will then be able to recognize and understand your unhealthy behaviour that affects your present life circumstances.INSIGHT will give you life skills and Journalling tools which will enable you to bring about change and have healthy behaviour giving you confidence into the future.Bev McInnes​
